AXON Readiness

1. Who we are

AXON Readiness is a product of Axon Performance. We provide a coach–athlete readiness monitoring platform consisting of a web dashboard for coaches and an iOS app for athletes. The controller of your personal data is Axon Performance.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform:

• Account data: name, email address, role (coach or athlete)
• Check-in responses: daily readiness scores, RPE scores, sleep data, training duration, and any open-text answers submitted through the app
• Usage data: timestamps of submissions and sign-ins
• Device token: push notification token (APNS) for daily reminders, stored only if you enable notifications

We do not collect location data, biometric identifiers, or any data beyond what you explicitly enter.

3. How we use your data

• To provide the readiness monitoring service to you and your coach
• To send daily push notification reminders (athletes only, opt-in)
• To display historical trends in the app (if enabled by your coach)
• To allow coaches to monitor athlete recovery and adjust training load

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose beyond operating the service.

4. Who can see your data

• Your coach: sees your check-in responses and submission history within the team
• Axon Performance (admin): can access data for support and platform management purposes
• No third parties: we do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers

Our infrastructure runs on Supabase (PostgreSQL, hosted in EU-West Ireland) and Vercel. Both are GDPR-compliant processors.

5. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If an athlete is removed from a team, their responses remain stored for audit purposes unless a deletion is explicitly requested. Coaches can request full deletion by contacting us.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are based in the EU or EEA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
• Lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database with row-level security policies. Access is restricted by role. We do not store passwords in plain text — authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
